Our Story
In the bustling streets of Mumbai, a dedicated physician specializing in clinical research, and a sharp software quality assurance professional, shared a daily ritual for over 15 years. Every morning and evening, they crammed into the same overcrowded roads, heading to their respective jobs in healthcare and IT. What started as small talk about traffic soon evolved into deep dives on healthcare's thorniest issues.
Ganesh would bluster about overburdened clinics, where patients waited hours for fragmented care, misdiagnoses from siloed data, and the grind of manual record-keeping in clinical practice. Ajay countered with tech insights, bugs in hospital software leading to errors, scalability woes in telemedicine apps, and untapped potential of AI for predictive diagnostics. They'd debate regulatory hurdles like FDA and CDSCO guidelines for AI devices, getting streamlined databases to train AI etc.
One crisp monsoon evening, after a decade and a half of this routine, something shifted. As the bus rattled past flooded streets, Ganesh sketched a vision: an all-in-one platform integrating patient records, physician notes, laboratory test names, pharmacy drug list etc. "Imagine if we fixed this mess," he said. Ajay's eyes lit up. "With my QA expertise and your clinical know-how, we could build it unbreakable, scalable, secure, transformative." By the time they stepped off, they had a name: HealthDesk, an app to deskill healthcare chaos.
Ytal Tech Consultancy and Services LLP was initiated with the vision to resolve chaos in healthcare management documentation and have streamlined path to access patient records and handle healthcare units in de-fragmented manner.
